Training on loneliness

We provide training on loneliness to meet the needs of you and your organisation. Get in touch to chat with a member of our team.

We know that loneliness can have a massive impact on your ability to motivate and retain staff. With more people experiencing loneliness and changes in the ways of working, there is an even great greater need to address workplace loneliness.

We also recognise that with an increasing number of people experiencing loneliness, your customer-facing teams need to understand more about loneliness. You need to ensure that your services and products reach people who may find it difficult to engage with your service, and that staff know how to recognise if someone is experiencing chronic loneliness and where to signpost them for further support.

We can also work with you to develop a bespoke loneliness e-learning programme that meets your organisational needs.

Testimonials

“It’s a really great introduction into the mechanisms and risks of loneliness and starting to think about how it can be reduced.”

“The trainer led this beautifully. Her approach was gentle, inclusive and thought provoking. I was presented with aspects of loneliness that I had not previously considered/been aware of. It was great to meet others involved in this sphere, make connections and hopefully hear more in the future.”

“Enjoyed the course and the chance to meet up and discuss issues etc with colleagues. Facilitator was lovely and gave us a chance to chat about how things can be put into practice, reflect on conversations, and discuss how loneliness affects us in our workplace and personally.”
