Addressing workplace loneliness

This week is National Inclusion Week (Monday 25 September to 1 October), a week founded by Inclusive Employers that is dedicated to celebrating inclusion and taking action to create inclusive workplaces.

With more than 1 in 10 of us experiencing loneliness at work often or always, fostering a sense of belonging and connection is an essential part of building a truly inclusive workplace. Our latest blog post discusses what workplace loneliness is, why addressing it matters, and how we can address it.
