New research with stakeholders on tackling loneliness interventions and their evaluation

This week saw the publication of stakeholder research, commissioned by the Department for Culture Media and Sport (DCMS) and carried out by the Campaign to End Loneliness (CEL), Tackling loneliness interventions and their evaluation’. The report is based on findings from interviews, a survey and two round table discussions which we used to collect the knowledge, experience and views of nearly 100 professionals working on loneliness.

We would like to take this opportunity to warmly thank all of those who gave up time to contribute. We would also like to invite anyone working on loneliness or wider wellbeing to join us for an online event hosted by DCMS on the Tackling Loneliness Hub on 28th September where you can hear findings presented and take part in discussion of the report recommendations and how best to take them forward.
